The leadership theory is based on the features of many effective and failing leaders who can predict the efficacy of leadership. People at all ranks can use it in different types of organizations. Leaders can study their position within the firm and analyze ways to increase their position using theory measures. They may understand their identity thoroughly and how it affects others in the organization. This theory makes managers aware of their strengths and flaws to understand how their leadership abilities can be developed. A strong leader is essential for any organization. Leaders provide the vision, support the initiatives, and act as catalysts for building the firm’s bench strength (Ahmad, Bhat, Bhat, & Hussanie, 2017).

           Leaders should influence organizational values. As leaders teach ideas, organizations can be developed. He championed the notion of “responsible leadership,” which is defined as “a mixture of dedication, commitment.” Values serve as guiding factors in life. Living their beliefs is one of the most effective tactics a leader has at their hands to help them lead and encourage others (Zydziunaite, 2018)

           Leadership standards are linked to the individual and interpersonal drive(s), and it is vital to consider how these two components of drive interact for each individual.  It is about employing persons who show a keen interest in the company’s objectives. Productive, customer-centered, and employee-centered organizations know their principles, goals, and directions in their organizations clearly, and consistently. They need all workers to know, participate in, and live the standards. Once established, the values should influence all aspects of the association. This influence should be supported and maintained by the leader.

           Leadership can be described in an essential yet operative way by the behavior aspects that affect others and achieve the best results. This discussion demonstrates the true meaning of leadership via the letters that make up “leadership,” which is greatest applicable in modern-day organizational contexts. Moreover, strong leaders know the power of spoken words or phrases and their impact on society’s thoughts and ideas. As a result, influential leaders usually employ optimistic speech while dealing with their associates of the team.
