Case Paper

Students will be placed into teams of 2-3 for all cases. Each student will assume the role of an executive leader at the C-level or an outside management consultant. The cases will have the following structure:

1. 1-2 paragraphs on company history and Business Model(s)
2. 1-2 paragraphs on industry history and stage of the life cycle.
3. SWOT analysis – Include current trends that will affect the company’s future (3 trends minimum and be sure to include technology impacts).(bullet points are okay)
4. Analyze the above research and make a recommendation for future strategic initiatives. Describe how you will measure this recommendation.
