The purpose of the DBLC is to incorporate the lifetime of the database. Every step has precise targets that demand to be delivered.

Database Initial Study is one step. The organization’s position must be examined to be able to define the obstacles, limitations, objectives, scope, and boundaries within the database. In this specific scenario, you must track monthly expenses by departments within the

organization.
