Computer Science Homework Help

I’m trying to run some of these commands within my cmd and they don’t seem to be working and since they aren’t working I can’t move onto the next step and I’m stuck at step 3. It keeps saying Access Denied. I need to get the project done and can’t figure out how. I’d like some help and want this to be done to understand how the output is supposed to look after the commands are put in. After each step there needs to be a screenshot taken and posted underneath the question.
