For this lab, you will create two various audit checklists that you would use to execute a PCI and a HIPAA audit for a target organization. Compliance audits are one of the most crucial engagements within cybersecurity. Audits ensure that companies are operating safely while also following basic guidelines needed to operate their business. PCI audits focus on credit card information and how it is used, stored, and transferred. HIPAA regards how healthcare information is used, stored, and transferred.

• Gather information for a HIPAA checklist here
• Information may change from the time of the creation of this lab – please use best judgment.
• Understand that you are submitting a checklist for a target business. The checklists should fit the organizations you are targeting.

• PCI paper and audit checklist template (two separate documents)
• HIPAA paper and audit checklist template (two separate documents)
