1, Describe the key management issues in your organization (or choose a large organization most of us are familiar with) and explain how IT can help in addressing these issues.

2. Identify a company that you consider as agile and another company that is not. Explain the rationale for your selections and compare and contrast the two companies.

Avoid comparing apples with oranges — both companies should be in the same sector.

3.Explain in specific (not generic) terms how an IT enterprise architecture can help in your organization (or a large organization most of us are familiar with).

Part 2:::

Look at your organization (or one similar to it) and perform a SWOT analysis. For any reason you cannot use your organization, do a SWOT analysis of a large technology company such as Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco and Apple. Choose one that other students have not done.

Your mission: (1) Present your results in a matrix and (2) describe a set of strategies and goals based on this SWOT analysis (relevant means to be sure that the goals reflect strategic opportunities, etc.). Include at least one technology-related strategy or goal.
