Essay
We live in a world in which technology increasingly allows for us to manipulate biology. How should we think about that fact? How should we consider the intersection of law, morality, medicine and biology – both as it relates to abortion, and as it relates to other issues? Are all lives equally valid? If so, why? And if not – how would we know? And what would we owe to different human beings? If we can transform ourselves through technology, ought we to do so? Why or why not?
