I’m working on a fitness question and need support to help me learn.

  1. Referencing pages 11 and 12, describe your practice of the following items in at least 2-3 sentences each. If you do not currently engage in one of these activities, discuss whether or not you find it to be important and if so, how you can begin to incorporate it into your weekly regimen.

  2. Page 31 – Consider the examples listed under each heading. Do your best to answer the questions, although some might not be an exact situation from your life. If one is not applicable (like holding a child), think of a suitable substitution and answer the question to the best of your ability.
