I’m working on a fitness discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

Give an example of an activity or sport.  Explain the energy systems involved (at various times during the activity) and approximately what percentage is contributed by each system.  Give a short description of how the major energy system (whichever is most active during your chosen activity) functions to generate ATP.  With this in mind, what type of nutrition strategy might be appropriate for this activity?  What is the main fuel for this activity?  How will training increase the adaptations of these systems?
