For this assignment, you will develop a health education program for one of the health needs you identified in the assignments for Unit II and Unit III. To do this, you will need to identify the health need and explain how the community is at risk. Then you should explain your health program implementation plan and elaborate on how this program will help the community need.

Make certain that you incorporate a planning implementation model/framework into the health education program you develop. Explain how the model or framework assists the program.

Ensure that you discuss the factors you considered to decide which model or framework best fit with the health program you developed.
