She now works in the ICU at a local community hospital. After her orientation ended she is feeling insecure and is questioning her choice to become a nurse and is finding it hard to go to work. Also meet Susan and Pam. Two nurses who has 10 years’ experience but only has associate in nursing degrees. Susan and Pam said to Natalie” I thought you had a master’s degree.
