For this extra credit assignment, please choose one of those problems and explain five things that you personally can (and hopefully will) do to help address it; then explain what might be a barrier to you doing it. This can involve working on your own personal health or that of your family, volunteering with a local organization, educating yourself so that you can educate others, and so on. Barriers can be anything that you imagine might make it hard to complete these actions.
