1. Foundation  – After the title page of Draft 1, include a page that provides a brief overview of the foundation your group believes is a good fit for your project. Include the name of the foundation, funding priority areas, and a URL to the foundation’s webpage that clearly depicts a logical connection with your grant proposal focus. Note: This page is not part of the Final Grant Proposal; it is additional information that only accompanies Draft 1.

2. Draft 1 – Draft 1 will consist of the Introduction and Problem Statement/Needs Assessment sections. Get to the point, but do not be so brief that the reader is “lost.” Each section should be close to the page number limits listed in parentheses. If a section is too long, look for ways to reduce the wording while still conveying pertinent information.
