Mrs. S eats two meals a day (breakfast and late lunch around 2:00 pm). She does not take any dietary supplements like vitamins, minerals, or herbs. Mrs. S also mentions that she does not participate in any physical activity. In her Food Frequency responses, she notes the following: Breakfast: Mexican sweet bread with butter and coffee. Lunch: flour tortillas with refried beans, shredded pork or beef, and shredded cheese. Her evening snacks consist of chips, salsa, cookies and Pepsi cola.
