In the assignment, you were to compare and contrast a hospital organization or entity by providing an Assessment and Report of Findings in the Hospital Overview.  Reflect on the following within the Discussion Board:

1. Comment on the hospital organizations’ types of program, education, and specialties offered, vision, benefits, work ethic, and/or cultural climate. 

2. List one benefit and/or limitation to pursuing employment with the agency or what was of special interest to you.

Don’t forget to attach the Hospital Entity document to your Discussion Post to show your findings. (Remember to include the Hospital name & location)  so that others can review your assessment and report of findings.
