In LP03, you will submit a report of an interview with someone’e experience with quality improvement. They do not have to be in healthcare but should be someone who has changed a process or improved an outcome, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position. In a Word document, give the following information about your interview subject:
name and title of the person you plan to interview Why are you choosing to interview this person? Date, time, and mode of interview (phone? in-person? Skype?)
