Discussion this week, it is about child rearing styles. As you read Chapter 14 in the text, think about your own childhood and how you were raised. Did your parent(s) use different styles of parenting, were there others in your life that took on some of those parenting roles- Grandparents, step parents, older siblings, neighbors etc.? What type of parent do you want to be or are you? Is one style of parenting better than another?
