I’m working on a Political Science exercise and need support.

As we learned in the lecture on the European Union  the EU has free flow of labor and abode between the 27 member states. The United States, Mexico, Canada Agreement (USMCA) does not have this provision. Do you think this would be a good thing for the North American trading block or not giving reason(s)?
