Choosing only one of these – guitarists, singers, or songwriters- identify four important musicians, each representing a different genre or style of popular music. Then, for each musician, identify the genre/style that they’re associated with, and discuss with some detail two clear stylistic features or innovations that made each of those musicians influential – if you choose guitarists these observations must relate to each musician’s guitar style, if you choose singers these observations must relate to each musician’s singing style, and if you choose songwriters these observations must relate to each musician’s songwriting style.
