1. As special education teachers, it is imperative to understand how to write a comprehensive report. There will be data collected and provided by many different professionals and the purpose of the report is to interpret and explain this data clearly and concisely, providing rationale for the recommendations within. The purpose of this assignment is to become familiar with the sections of a comprehensive report and the types of information they should include. Create a 525- to 700-word outline that includes a description and an example of the information provided in each of the following sections of a comprehensive report in special education:
   • Identifying data
   • Reason for referral
   • Background history
   • Behavioral considerations
   • Tests and procedures administered
   • Test results
   • Conclusions
   • Recommendations for accommodations or modifications
