I have attached the 3 songs.

1 Open a word document and copy/paste the lyrics of 3 songs you would like to analyze- include the title of each song and the artist.

2. Highlight figurative language in each song. (min. of 2 examples in each song).

3. Write/type 3 paragraphs (1 for each song) explaining why you chose this song AND the figurative language you discovered.
* Begin EACH paragraph with the song title/artist. For example: “I chose the song “Firework” by Katy Perry because….”

4. Design album cover (can be drawn and upload a picture, or designed digitally)
