I agree with the statement that defensiveness is a waste of time because everyone has their own point of view and when you constantly have t explain and defend yourself to someone who doesn’t have the same point of view you won’t get the results you are looking. Also being overly defensive makes you seem like you are uncomfortable with being wrong.
