FYI…DO NOT make this information up from a random idea. All information here must have some backing/research on why.  For instance, the Team and Financial plan should not be information that just comes from your head. The team should be a “real” team with real salaries and titles (do not just create something because it sounds good). The financial plan should take into account any and all funding streams–just saying grants, the government, we are non-profit is not enough. A detailed plan is needed for all areas on the Community Business Plan. Additionally, something like a competitive advantage is not just “the only one in the area.” There is more to a competitive advantage than being the only one–maybe there is no need for the service in the area.
