I’m working on a english question and need a sample draft to help me learn.

Now, regarding the Star Trek episode, there are two critical questions that need our attention: what does it mean to be ‘human’ and what does it mean to have rights. In “The Measure of a Man” both of these are addressed by Data’s situation. While this is clearly a science fiction scenario, can you think of parallel real situations that raise the same issues/questions? Has it always been, is it now, the case that every being that ‘looks’ like a homo sapiens is necessarily considered to be ‘human?’ Do joint replacements, prosthetic limbs, etc. make any of us not human?
