Find a law or court case that protects a type of the “American Dream”. You may need to do a little bit of research to find a case/law that considers the rights of a certain group and was enacted to protect freedom. Once you have found the case/law, name it and provide a summary (in your own words) of why it was needed. I have provided some categories–please pick the one that best fits. The title of your post should include the name of the case/law, the year, and the category. Cases that aren’t allowed to be used is Marbury vs Madison, Boy scouts of America v. Dale, Hlatky v.
