Spend any remaining field experience hours observing or assisting your clinical site supervisor.

Write a 750-1,000 word summary of your findings from your interview and observation, including:

• The role of the school counselor in bullying and violence prevention.
• The accountability data used to advocate for the use of the bullying and violence prevention program.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the district and school programs, procedures, or policies on bullying and violence prevention.
• The strengths of the program, and any improvements the programs, procedures, or policies might need, from your perspective. 
• Do the programs, procedures, or policies fit into your personal school counselor philosophy and support the common good? Explain why or why not.
