Congratulations! Your commercial bakery was a success! You’ve just entered into a partnership with a new grocery store

chain. You will now be making and providing many of the desserts being sold in their in-store bakery (inside the grocery

store, like at Loblaws, Sobey’s, Whole Foods etc). It’s time to expand your offering.

1. Create your display case offering. It must include the following:

2 different flavours of verrines

3 different pastries

5 different cakes (can include North American style cakes, tortes, and/or gateau)

3 types of tarts or tartlets

5 flavours of macarons

Include a 1-2 sentence description/explanation of each item.

*You may use the desserts the course recipe book for inspiration and ideas but you may not use the exact same items

for your dessert offerings.

2. Find pictures of each item that will be in the display case and use them to make a labelled collage or include it

below the name and description of the item.
