Scope risks are the most common risks that endanger the timeline or objectives of a project. Creating concurrent task dates and goals for each phase of the project can help eliminate adding up additional tasks and taking up extra time on a given project. Time risks are another common risk factor that contributes to projects. Proper time management is highly important in projects as there are many instances where something or the other comes up during a deadline. Therefore, completing tasks well ahead of time might provide additional time to take control of projects. Communication risks could arise when there are any delays with the response from team members or clients. In order to eliminate such risks, care must be taken to ensure there are proper replacement teams in place during any relocations or changes in the management or when key employees leave. Another important risk factor that might not be useful for our organization, but is useful for most IT companies in the overallocation of resources. There are organizations where there must be sufficient backup hardware to support the services. Whereas in our organization, we use and pay highly trusted vendors and data centers that provide 24/7 support for each of our core hardware. Therefore, the over-allocation of resources only costs us extra money.

Our company does not use any documentation in AD&S. The teams responsible for application development have virtual meetings through out the day and are in continuous contact. Periodically managers take the tasks follow up and what percentage of tasks are completed are noted and all the left work is again distributed accordingly. All the work is documented digitally and if required by the upper management are handed out in prints. We have a documentation server which stores all the stages of development be it application for a machine or application for simple torque gun.
