BCC Predictive Accuracy Discussion

If you could raise the predictive accuracy of your sentencing instrument from 10% to 50% would you allow for the following factors to be used: socioeconomic status, level of education, age at first arrest, parental criminality status, unemployment history and race? If not, why not? Which factors do you find morally troubling?
