Be sure to include the following:

• Develop a model for a departmental multi-year strategic financial plan.
• Include new financial assumptions and/or options, management controls, ethical standards, and performance evaluation guidelines.
• Develop new recommendations and conclusions.
• Synthesize all changes, amendments, modifications, and corrections based upon new data, theories, budgetary systems, and financial plans and findings.
