This reflection will provide you with a sense of where you may want to further develop yourself professionally. In your paper,

• Identify personal strengths and weaknesses with respect to strategic leadership competencies.
• Discuss how you approach leadership strategically.
• Use points of analysis that demonstrate command of the course materials and related research.

The Strategic Leadership Reflection paper

• Will include identification and discussion of your personal strengths and weaknesses with respect to strategic leadership competencies.
• Is less formal in writing style and scholarship than a traditional academic paper. However, it does need to draw on course materials and personal research beyond the materials to adequately reflect on the topic. You are not required to incorporate scholarly citations or references.
• Must be 700 to 1000 words (two to three pages) in length (not including title page).
