I have received some questions about the Personal Conflict Analysis. Here are some pointers:

1. This is PERSONAL paper. Not all themes may apply to your analysis. Your job is to use your journal data and your own experience to “deep dive” into what you do when you have problems or conflicts (and why you think you react/act this way) and the other person(s) you are focusing on in your analysis does/does not do. Use the course content for your interpretations about yourself and other(s).

2. My guidelines for journal entries are guidelines only. Have more or less. But make sure you reflect on those journal entries in your analysis.

3. You do not need outside sources. Use your journal entries as a reference. If referring to a class reading, just refer to is as (Samp, 2021). If you are referring to a guest lecture, refer it to as (Guest speaker (NAME), 2021).
