Hutton Settlement Children’s Home, providing safe and healthy living opportunities for children in need of a long-term alternative home, is currently hiring a Campus Director.

This position will be responsible for promoting child and staff development through the leadership and management of all campus operations. This position will work closely with the Executive Director to execute both Operations Management as well as Human Resources responsibilities. Operations Management duties include directing and supervising campus departments through continuous communication, providing campus maintenance, managing campus housing and boarding arrangements, and maintaining relationships with community partners. Human Resources responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of operational personnel.

Qualified applicants will have a master’s degree in social services or a closely related field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with children or youth, or; (a) Bachelor’s degree in social services or a closely related field from an accredited school and two years of experience working with children or youth, or; (b) Five years of successful full-time experience in a relevant field working with children or youth.
