The research paper should be structured as follows:

3.Introduction: Introduction of the construct of interest, background information and motivation of the research
4.Review of literature

1. What areas have been examined by other researchers?
2. What were their variables of interest and hypotheses?
3. What results did their studies yield?
4. What conclusions did they reach; were they able to make causal inference?

5.Discussion and Conclusion: Discussion of the value of your research study to both the research and applied practitioner communities; your perspective on the focus of further research in this area. Your hypotheses as well as the identified literature gap need to be included.

7.Appendixes (if applicable)
8.Final Paper length should be a minimum of 8 full pages of double-spaced written content in 12-point font size (figures, pictures, graphs, and bullet-pointed lists may be included but do not count towards ‘written content’), plus a separate title page and a separate references page.  Therefore, the minimum page length will be 10 full pages in total.
9.APA format is required, however, students will learn how to apply other citation formats via a reference management software.
10.Reference sources should include a minimum of ten articles from peer-reviewed research journals and/or credible professional resources. Internet resources such as Wikipedia, Facebook, and other non-validated sources of information are unacceptable
