Begining in Teaching Week 10, various Quality Assurance (QA) problem solving exercises will be presented to the students via Blackboard Learning Resources, to work through in the tutorials over a three week period. These exercises will specifically demonstrate and help with the understanding of the underlying statistical principles important in Food QA.

All workings for each problem solving exercise question is to be compiled and submitted via the specific Blackboard link, which will be made available to the students from Teaching Week 10, and will stay “active” till Monday 24 May 17:00, the due date for this assessment.
