A small positively charged particle with a charge of 5.5 x 10^ -2 C is moved from position X to position Y between two parallel plates as shown in the file attached.

A) Calculate the work done to move the charge from position X to position Y

B) When the charged particle is released from position Y it accelerates. Describe the direction of the particle’s acceleration.

C) If the particle experiences an acceleration of 2.75 x 10^7 ms when it is released from position Y, determine its mass
