Limiting Reactant Lab Report Question
Can you help me understand this Chemistry question?
This experiment uses two common substances as the reactants: Acetic acid (HC2H3O2) otherwise known as common household white vinegar and sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) often known as washing soda. Products of the reaction are sodium acetate (NaC2H3O2), carbon dioxide, and water. To form carbon dioxide and water, the first hydrogen of the acetic acid reacts with the carbonate of the sodium carbonate. Sodium acetate is soluble in water.
