You really like the concept of web-based computing and want to use as many web-based programs as possible. Write a brief paragraph discussing the programs you would use for productivity, file storage, collaboration, and communication. What are the benefits and drawbacks of each choice?

Organizations build web applications for the purpose of access all the business applications comfortably from any locations because most of the organizations in the recent days operate the business with the main players from multiple locations. With the help of using web applications in the business, it can turn into the hub of productivity by improving their business operations and services as per the needs of enterprises. Each team members can able to log in comfortably and securely by using the standard w eb browsers.
Web based applications for the use of productivity:
Web application offers more than what enterprises are exactly looking for and it avoids all unnecessary meeting and gatherings and offer smart work which automatically helps to improve the productivity. Wb based applications offers free subscriptions and user-friendly applications to the all users. Hence this applications are gaining the huge demand in the recent days.
Examples: Google apps, Trello, MindMeister, Cacoo etc.
Programs for file storage:
In the recent years, AOL technologies are creating a huge impacts on the business to store all the web applications securely with the help of servers. The main agenda of all the web applications are to eliminate the rework like make a separate storage system for all the applications users produce and sending data to the external devices.
Examples: Google drive, IDrive, Mozy, Zumo drive etc.
Program for collaboration:
Collaboration facilitates the communications on web with the help of web applications software tools on the internet in real time. Web based applications are utilizing globally since they are encouraging all the user friendly applications which can be easily handled and operate to increase the productivity of the business. Technological changes in the business always motivates for the good reasons but every aspect ps have some positive side and negative effects. Coming to the web based applications, inside the browsers clients can not able to read the full file or emails due to the security holes for the web applications.

Web applications are easily accessible to the users with the help of browsers which increased the enterprise efficiency and productivity.
