I’m working on a writing project and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

PROJECT PURPOSE AND CONSIDERATIONS:
The purpose of this project is to re-design an assisted living facility, Bradford Village
(https://villagioliving.com/bradford-village/assisted-living/), located in Edmond, Oklahoma. Bradford Village
offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care services, and provides residents with numerous
amenities such as a fitness and wellness center, a community event center, a restaurant, a salon and barber shop,
activity and art rooms, and libraries. The target users of this project will be residents of the
assisted living facility who can live independently but require help with activities of daily living (ADLs).

All you need to do is to write a concept statement, and the design style will be a Coastal Style. There is an example under attachments, and there is a moodboard that will help you too, like the color palette and other ideas. The length of writing doesn’t matter, I think a page will be enough
