We normally do a group demonstration for this assignment.  Due to the Corona 19 Virus, we are not able to do this assignment as a group.  Instead, you will submit a group fitness workout that you create on your own.  The elements will include:

One of our learning objectives for this course is:

“Design and demonstrate an appropriate training routine based on the principles of physical fitness and conditioning such as a warm-up, interval training, resistance training, and cool down.”

Here are the parameters I would like you to cover in your recorded demonstration:

1) Warm-Up: (example, marching, step touches_

2) Stretch: (example, calf stretches, hamstring stretch)

3) Cardiovascular Exercise: (example, knee lifts single and double, grapevine)

4) Strength: (example: squats, push-ups,)

5) Cool-Down: (example: easier exercises, marching, maybe some lunging, abs)

6) Stretch: (example: cat and cow stretch, figure 4 stretch)

Please include two examples of “moves, or exercises” you would include for each category.
