I’m studying for my Writing class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?

Students will complete a literature review of their theoretically-motivated research question. It will articulate an organizational logic to the literature and discuss the research in relation to that logic. It will also locate the research question within areas of consensus and dispute, key assumptions, and strong patterns or gaps in the literature.

My question is frame in terms of comparative politics. “why Occupy movements appeared in some countries and not others.” Also consider whether there is a specific catalyst or time frame you’d like to reference. E.g., in the “following the Great Recession” or whatever.
