As a student performing research and writing papers, you may occasionally have to do research outside of the online library by doing Internet searches. Perhaps you heard someone in the media make a claim, and you decide to delve a little deeper into a topic. This is a good example of when you may have to examine results of your research (i.e., the evidence) for accuracy and validity. What other examples have you encountered that you have found to be good or bad sources for information? How did you determine the accuracy and validity?
