Writing Homework Help

The purpose of the paper is for you to describe YOUR perspective and/or beliefs of nursing.  You should spend some time pondering what your philosophy is prior to attempting to write this paper.  

Some questions to guide your pondering may include:

1.  What are the values you believe to be important in society?

2.  How do these values relate to nursing, nursing practice?  Practice may be defined in any form such as clinical, education, leadership, etc.    

The criteria for your paper are:

1.  Introduction.

2.  Description of your perspectives about the values you thought about.  Describe how they are related to nursing.  Be sure to include how those concepts are or are not interrelated.  

3.  Explanation of how your philosophy drives your practice.  How does your philosophy influence the decisions you make in practice?  

4.  Do and/or how do you see your personal nursing philosophy changing in the future?nursing profession.
