Data Collection Methodology Paper

This paper will be based on the data you collected over the four day period in the last Session. What I want you to do is:

Focus on the Covey 4 Quadrants

Identify your data collection methodology

Calculate the percentage of time you spent in each quadrant (the spread sheet really helps here)
Identify the percentage of time you spent the most (by quadrant)
Identify the percentage of time you spent the least (by quadrant)
Any frustrations/concerns that could be related to the two items above
What you learned about how you prioritize your activities, and how you can spend more time in a different quadrant
What kinds of solid steps you can take to be more effective using the new knowledge you have
Nuts and bolts of your paper
2-4 pages + title page + reference page if necessary
