Here is the peer post i need a response to: “My thesis statement: “Knives Out!elucidates the parts of its characters in the story by cleverly using color and facial expressions, which can be seen in the chosen promotional image.” I believe that my discourse community is social as this is about a film. My audience wants a better understanding of the fine details of the 2019 mystery movie. They may want to learn about something they missed that would have helped them understand the film better. In my essay, I show how color is used in a specific image to convey the importance of the characters. I also am going to analyze and explain the uniformity of facial expressions in the promotional image. Some members of my discourse community may disagree with my ideas because they feel that I am reaching to make my claims. My “Ideal Reader” is someone who enjoyed the film Knives Out! and is interested in learning more about the foreshadowing which is placed throughout the movie. ”
