Objective #2-Communication: Communicate with your chain of command, subordinates and others in a clear, honest and timely manner. Show initiative to your supervisor by independently seeking out additional trainings related to Anti Terrorism trainings. Attempt to resolve minor issues at your level but never hesitate to reach out to your chain of command for assistance. If you have a departmental issues that needs to be discussed, resolve the issue with your command staff and refrain from creating a working environment that fosters division. Objective #3-Technical Expertise: Maintain proficieny and act in accordance with the Intelligence police SOP’s, and policies that govern anti terrorism daily operations and monthly reports. Complete madatory requirements and training to include: in-service training, physical agility test, Intelligence learning training, weapons re-qualifiacation, required specialty training/requirements IAW DIA General SOP’s and specifically with intelligence Police SOP Chapter #1, Police ranks, Pat Grades, and their requiremnts.
