Interview with Kohl CEO Michelle Gass Summary

 

I’m stuck on a Marketing question and need an explanation.

The assignment is to watch two interviews with Kohl’s CEO Michelle Gass, and then write a 200-300 word summary of the presentations, focusing on the changes Kohl’s has made to adjust to the Covid-19 pandemic (from the September 2020 interview) and the new strategies outlined in the June 2021 interview. Keeping in mind our theme last week on shopper behavior and this week on retail strategy, the focus should be on the ways that Gass sees shoppers as changing and the ways that Kohl’s must adapt based on these changes.

Also add anything else of interest to you from the presentation. I will be specifically looking for the ways that you integrate the concepts discussed in the lecture from this week and last week.
