Bids are comments that leads a relationship in negative or positive direction. Bids are and emotional proffer and there is different way to say your bids , ways of bidding is very important for positive relationships. there is different way to say your bids , it can be big or small, it can be a question or expression. Bids can change the relationship to opposite direction.

Turning toward:( increasing our emotional capital) This kind of bid is a positive suggestion that gets positive response. The offerer shares suggestions with emotional connection, and Both partner, friend, or couple paying attention to each other’s opinions.

Turning against:( It ignores the bid ) This kind of bidding is an ugly and sarcasm way of suggestion, each sides turns against to each other with ridicule words.

Turning away:( It reacts with anger )In this kind of bidding one person start ignoring others bid and says their bid with out attention someone else’s suggestion.

Parents and children: lack of time, some parents don’t have enough time, and don’t attention to their kids require , their kids are sometime turning against parent.

Couples: Turning to each other and turning against each other cause pour down their relationship.

Siblings: The problems for sibling can be knowing each other, different age, gender, personality typs.

Friends: Disrespect, lonely, insincere broke friendships and in case we can’t says friendship there no relationship remains.

whenever connection fail in work place all workers feel alone, inactive, hostile, and they lose touch with other worker, so other problem is making daily choices that cause disrespecting other.

E] Why is it worth it to improve your bid style and your responses to others bids? How can this improve your life?

Bidding style is the most important and worth way of strengthening relationships and bidding style leads all kind of relationship to the positive direction. By bidding style you can reduces relationship’s problem, and also it is very important for continuation of a relationship.
