Following lectures on positionality and the fundamentals of leadership, write a 3 to 4-page, double-spaced (Times New Roman, 12pt), essay explaining their own positionality, and then considering how it has shaped their perspective on leadership, and how it may shape the way that they interact and are perceived by others. A grading rubric will be available for students on eCampus, alongside a sample paper for their review.
