Cascades Lodge is a full-service resort located in Estes Park, Colorado, the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s been in operation for about 30 years and has developed a reputation among its clients as a comfortable, well-maintained property that includes a swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, and gourmet dining in a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Rocky Mountains.

The problem is that newer properties have been built in the past several years, which has caused a 15 percent decline in occupancy at Cascades. The management has hired your public relations firm to conduct a promotion and marketing program to increase brand identity and increase reservations. The resort has a website that is a bit dated, but it wants to also set up a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. The management is also open to organizing promotional and special events that would draw guests, including families.
